About US

ATNA Care Services is a Human Service Agency based in Philadelphia County. We provide Community Participant Support (CPS), In-Home Community, and Companion Services to Adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

Mission

Our Mission is to provide supportive services to people with disabilities. Also, to give them the understanding and the right to see the world differently; as well as have them be seen differently. We wish to enhance their human spirit by looking at the whole person, with their hopes and values as a priority from Everyday Lives. We will work to give them the fulfilling life that they deserve. "A.T.N.A" stands for Achievable & Triumphant Necessary Accomplishments.

Vision

Our Vision is to promote a person-centered approach that will foster the principles of Everyday Lives. Our foundation includes principles of choice, control, quality, stability, and safety. ATNA will support all participants with learning how to live their lives in the community as any other individual in the community would.

Services

Community Participation Supports

ATNA Community Participation Supports (CPS) will follow a schedule that includes but is not limited to community integration activities, life skills, functional skills, socialization, community access outings, creative participation, volunteering, and recreational/ leisure activities. One hundred percent of activities and learning will take place in the community and is individualized for each participant.

Companion Services

The purpose of this support is to ensure that all participants receive exceptional services and supports in their home and in the community.

In Home Community Supports

Each participant will be provided an individualized schedule to reflect their choices in all activities. Individuals will be encouraged and supported to access community resources.
